All of our nonverbal behaviours, the gestures we make, our posture, our tone of voice, eye contacts, all send strong messages to our listener. At times it builds trust and rapport, and at times it may cause miscommunication and misunderstandings.
About this event
Albert Mehrabian (A researcher of body language) did a study on communication which states 55% are non-verbal, 38% are vocal and only 7% associated to our words.
The key to success in both personal and professional relationships lies in your ability to communicate well, not so much in the words you use, but in your body language cues, mostly conveyed unconsciously.
Have you taken the time to reflect on how your body language comes across during a conversation? If not, I do invite you to join this Masterclass as awareness starts with us first.

Testimonials: Chef Manoj- Sous Chef
"I’ve worked internationally over the last 11 years as a fine dining chef within the 5 star chain of hotels. When I arrived in Australia, little did I know that the way of conversing and working here is very different to working overseas. Fiza has coached and guided me in the last 4 months to improve my leadership skills in being more assertive and working as a team with a diverse group of people. She will definitely challenge you and ask all the tough questions, and give you the strategies on how to navigate your career forward and upwards. Definitely a person that will move your mountains and challenge you to step outside your comfort zones".
